Digital products
Product pages describe the included files and supported workflows. Because digital files are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, completed downloads are generally non-refundable. If files are defective or materially different from their description, contact us within 14 days and we will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.
License
Purchases grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license under the separate MoveGraph license. They do not transfer ownership of the artwork.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, automate abusive requests, or redistribute protected downloads. We may limit access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or creators’ work.
Compatibility
We test against the software and formats listed on each product page. Third-party services can change. We will make reasonable efforts to keep current products functional but cannot control third-party platforms.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoveGraph is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase.
