Digital products
Product pages describe the included files and supported workflows. Because digital files are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, completed downloads are generally non-refundable. If files are defective or materially different from their description, contact us within 14 days and we will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.
MoveGraph Creator
Creator costs $49 per year and renews annually until you cancel renewal in your account. Access runs through the paid subscription term. Your ChatGPT or Claude plan is separate. Hosted tools run within shared capacity and per-job limits; they are not permanent file storage. Keep copies of your source and finished graphics. You can continue using your downloaded work after Creator access ends. Test playback on your own streaming computer before broadcasting.
License
Purchases grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license under the separate MoveGraph license. They do not transfer ownership of the artwork.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, automate abusive requests, or redistribute protected downloads. We may limit access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or creators’ work.
Compatibility
We test against the software and formats listed on each product page. Third-party services can change. We will make reasonable efforts to keep current products functional but cannot control third-party platforms.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoveGraph is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase.
