Information we collect
If you request a download, join Studio Notes, place an order, or send the contact form, we store your email address, the form source, order and entitlement records, the information you chose to provide, and the time of the request. Stripe processes payment details; MoveGraph does not store full card numbers. Our hosting provider may process standard request information needed for security and reliability.
Creator accounts and files
Creator stores your account email, subscription status, and security records for sign-in. Optional passwords are stored as hashes, not readable passwords. Hosted rendering temporarily stores uploaded source files and generated media. Save your files in your own workspace; hosted storage is temporary. Queue history is removed after 30 days.
Site measurement
We record aggregate events such as page and product views, checkout starts, purchases, and free-kit downloads. These events may include the page path, referring site, campaign tags, product, and purchase amount. We do not put form contents, email addresses, full IP addresses, or payment details into this analytics dataset.
How we use it
We use your email to provide the requested resource, fulfill and support purchases, answer product messages, and—only if you opted in—send occasional studio updates. We use aggregate measurement to improve the storefront and understand which products and resources are useful. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and choices
We keep transaction records as needed for business and legal obligations. Aggregate event data is retained for a limited period by our analytics provider. You can unsubscribe from marketing without affecting order email.
Your requests
Use the privacy request form to request access to or deletion of eligible personal data. We verify the address before acting.
